Refund policy

When you can get your money back, how much, and how long it takes.

Blocking: refund terms are not confirmed. This page is a structural draft and must be reviewed and approved by a qualified legal adviser before publication. The payment gateway application depends on it.

1. Before a batch begins

3. If we cancel or postpone a batch

If a batch does not reach its minimum size, or we postpone it, you may choose to move to the next batch or to take a full refund of the fee paid. This choice is yours, not ours.

4. If you are removed from a program

5. How to request a refund

Write to the address given on our contact page from the email address you enrolled with, quoting your enrolment reference.

6. How long it takes

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a period being finalised of approval. Timing at the receiving bank is outside our control.

7. What is not refundable
