Phase 01 · Months 1–3 · Supervised build

Fundamentals taught through a mentor-set project, reviewed against a written standard. The same rhythm as the Fellowship, at a slower and deeper pace.

Phase 02 · Months 4–6 · Industry Practice

Scoped work on live briefs, assessed on delivery rather than on completion. Your mentor stays with you through this phase and the assessment at the end covers what you delivered in it.

Industry Practice is a supervised working phase inside the program. It is not employment, and it does not carry an offer of employment.
